What is Zumba?
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness that combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
What to expect?
High caloric expenditure – aerobic and interval training methods to incorporate high levels of activity.
Easy, non-intimidating learning environment – new dance steps are presented in an easy-to-follow, exhilarating and party-like format.
Weight loss – consistency will increase the likelihood of weight loss, Nurtures a high level of “feeling good”
What are the Zumba Classes like?
Zumba class creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes.
The class will be starting with a whole-body warmup. Once our body are warm and conditioned, we will dance in a healthy and fun environment. There is a great deal of dynamic core workout throughout the class. All moves will be cued and guided by our passionate instructor. All students shall feel comfortable to follow through and enjoy themselves. Finally, the class will end with a slow paced song to cool down our body.
What are the requirements to start taking lessons?
No dance experience required, just come along and do your best!
Wear breathable and comfortable clothing and shoes. As you will sweat heaps so remember to bring a towel and a water bottle!

Useful Information
Dance lessons can be in groups or private. Group classes have limited capacity and have one or two teachers leading the class. On the other hand, private classes are between you and the teacher.
You can attend alone or accompanied by a friend, sibling, or partner. It doesn’t matter who you come with, or if you come alone. The important thing is that you dare to start! Our lessons are going to make you feel great.
We work on a rotation system which means that everyone has an opportunity to dance and learn together, or you could also skip rotation and dance with your chosen partner throughout the class.
I never danced and I have two left feet. Will I be able to keep up with the class?
It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to dance at all, because you came here to learn. We provide a safe and judgment-free environment. After all, we were all at that same start once! So don’t hesitate any longer, our teachers are super patient and you’ll also find people who are just starting!
